Rosemont, Pa. – Don Tees, the lone Rosemont men's tennis player in the class of 2015, was honored today as the Ravens hosted the Defenders of Baptist Bible College this afternoon under beautifully sunny skies.
The Defenders dispatched the Ravens, 9-0, to drop Rosemont to a record of 0-9 (0-6 CSAC). The win for Baptist Bible lifted their record to 5-7, 3-3 CSAC.
Tees was involved in the most competitive match of the day, coming in the #2 singles flight. Tees dropped the first set (3-6), but bounced back to tie the match by winning the second set, 6-4. BBC's Dillon Bowman won the tie-break 6-1 to claim the win.
The Ravens will polish off the remainder of their schedule on the road, starting with their final conference match of the season, at Marywood, on Sunday, 4/12 (starting at noon). The team will wrap up their season at Bryn Athyn on Tuesday afternoon.
