ROSEMONT – The visiting Keystone Giants defeated the host Rosemont Ravens in volleyball tonight in straight sets, 25-11, 25-14, 25-18. With the result, the Ravens fell to 1-10 (1-2 CSAC) while Keystone improved to 10-3 overall (3-0 CSAC).
For Rosemont, Leilani Carter led her team with 22 attacks. Nadirah Anderson and Morgan Rollins were each credited with four kills. Sabrina Heggan was strong again as the setter, with 13 assists. From the service line she led the Ravens with five service aces. Anderson also led Rosemont in digs with eight, and a hitting percentage of .300.
The Ravens stay home for their next match. It will be played on Thursday against the Arcadia Knights in a non-conference tilt that will start at 7:00pm in Alumnae Hall.
