How It Happened

The Ravens looked prime to give the visiting Knights of Neumann University a run for their money in the first set. Both teams battled for most of the set, with the Ravens trailing by a lone point, 16-15. After that, the Knights extended their slim lead by winning eight of the next nine points to take a commanding lead in the set.

In set number two, Neumann ran out to a 10-1 lead and never looked back. In the final set, the Ravens trailed by only two points early, 5-3, before the Knights put together a 7-0 run to keep the Ravens at bay.
