Mighty Macs Shut Down Ravens

Final Results

IMMACULATA, Pa. – The host Immaculata Mighty Macs defeated the Ravens in men's tennis this afternoon by a 9-0 match score. With the result, Immaculata improved to 5-4 overall (4-2 CSAC). The Ravens fell to 0-10 overall (0-6 CSAC), and have been eliminated from playoff contention.

In the doubles, the Ravens had their best chance in the #1 flight with the tandem of Jim Finney and Luis Castillo, but the team ultimately fell 8-4 in the match.

Castillo was able to win a total of four games in the #2 singles flight, but fell short, 6-2, 6-2.

The Ravens are scheduled for one more match before the Easter break, when they will travel to Keystone on Wednesday, 4/12, for a CSAC match scheduled for a 3:30pm start.
