BROOKLYN, N.Y. - It was a win-some, lose-some day for the Rosemont women's volleyball team.
After falling in the first match of the day by a 3-0 margin to Mount St. Mary (N.Y.), the Ravens bounces back to win a tight 3-2 contest against the host Pratt Academy on Saturday afternoon to split a tri-match afternoon.
The Ravens lost in straight sets to Mount St. Mary's by scores of 25-16, 25-10 and 25-18. The nightcap saw Rosemont earn the win with game scores of 20-25, 25-18, 25-20, 21-25 and 15-11.
Ke'alohilani Naone-Carter was huge in the second match win, leading the way with 11 kills, 6 assists and 25 digs.
Holly Brady had 10 digs in the win over Pratt.
The Ravens will return to Alumnae Hall on Wednesday night when they will take on Penn State-Abington. The first match is at 7 p.m.
