ROSEMONT, Pa. -- For a long time on Wednesday night, Rosemont hung right there with the lone undefeated team within the Colonial States Athletic Conference.
But Cairn's depth was just too much as the Highlanders pulled away late to post an 81-74 win over the Ravens before a packed house at Alumnae Hall on Ravens Rally Night on the Main Line.
THe Highlanders are 11-6 overall and 6-0 in the CSAC. Rosemont fell to 5-11 overall and 1-4 within Conference play.

KEY MOMENT: For roughly 30 minutes, the Ravens played step for step with the Highlanders, carrying a 38-35 lead at halftime and a 46-45 cushion at the 14 minute mark of the 2nd half. But Cairn received some clutch shots, edging its way to a lead that grew steadily until it eventually would reach nine points (71-62) with 4:30 left to play.
