Philadelphia, PA- The men's basketball team faced Drexel University in an exhibition game on Monday afternoon and lost 84-51

The Ravens battled hard in the first half and kept the game close. It was a difficult test for the Ravens to go on the road and face a Division 1 opponent. Rosemont scored a quick three by Chris Briner to start off the game. Drexel went up 23-13 in the first half, before the Ravens went on an 8-0 run to cut the lead to 23-21. Drexel responded by going on a 15-4 run to close out the first half. Drexel led 38-25 at halftime.

Coming out of halftime, things did not get easier for Rosemont, as Drexel would go on a 12-0 run to begin the second half. Rosemont fought hard until the end, but it wasn't enough as Drexel prevailed.

The Ravens struggled shooting the ball as they shot 37% from the field compared to Drexel, which shot 49% from the field. Rosemont was aggressive on the boards and finished with 11 offensive rebounds. The Ravens had trouble handling the ball and committed 20 turnovers.

Osaze Thornton led the Ravens with 13 points and 7 rebounds.
 
The Ravens have a week off until they face New York University at home on Sunday, December 1^st at 2:00 pm.
