Rosemont, PA- The men's basketball team took on Immaculata University in a non-conference matchup on Thursday afternoon and won 95-84, giving the Ravens their second win of the season.Â
Rosemont led 25-18 early in the first half, before going on a 27-11 run to end the first half. The Ravens dominated both sides of the ball and led 52-29 at halftime. Rosemont shot 54% from the field and an astounding 64% from the 3pt line (9-14).
Chris Briner led the way for the Ravens, finishing the first half with 20 points.Â
To start the second half, the Ravens played well and maintained the lead. Rosemont shot 38-50 from the free throw line, which is the most free throw attempts taken by the Ravens in program history. Rosemont out rebounded Immaculata University 41-34 for the game.
Chris Briner had a game high 31 points, which is a career high in points scored for the junior guard.
Perry Belcher had 17 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists for the Ravens.
Kahleel Henry added 15 points for the Ravens. Rosemont shot 48% from the field for the game.
