LANGHORNE - Rosemont's women's basketball team just keeps rolling along Milestone Road on its way to the Colonial States Athletic Conference tournament.
On Saturday, it hit another one: 20 wins.
The Ravens jumped out to a huge early lead and never looked back en route to their 15th straight victory, rolling to an 84-64 win over Cairn Saturday evening at the Mason Activity Center in Bucks County.
Rosemont (20-3, 14-0 CSAC) now has two games remaining- at home on Wednesday against Centenary (who is fighting for a potential first round home game) and a road contest against Cedar Crest next Saturday.- to become the third CSAC team in the past six years to go through the regular season undefeated. (Cabrini went 16-0 in 2017-18 and 2013-14.)
KEY MOMENT: As has been the case for most of the season, the Ravens were able to control the first half and get the margin they needed to allow some time for starters to rest. Rosemont lead 23-12 and 48-26 at the half, allowing
Rayne Reber to get all 12 players in the game. Ten of them ended up scoring.
