Box Score Media, PA-Wednesday night, the Rosemont Women's Soccer team earned their first season win with a strong comeback in the last nine minutes of the match to beat Penn State Brandywine, 2-1.
Rosemont forced PSU Brandywine Goalkeeper, Kiiani Banks, to make 14 saves during the match with 23 total shots. Ravens defense held strong, only allowing Brandywine 9 shots during the game and Rosemont Goalkeeper,
Emma Lindsay, recording 5 saves on the night.
The second half was filled with action, starting with Brandywine's single goal in the 66th minute from a breakaway by Jolyn Walleekendeh. After several attempts, Rosemont finally broke through with two back-to-back goals in the last nine minutes of the match to bring home the win. Junior MF
