Center Valley, PA| Rosemont Men's Basketball team traveled to the Center Valley to take on the leaders of the MAC Freedom Conference DeSales University.
How it Happened:
The starting five for the Ravens was
Denelle Holly,
Fatayn Wesley,
Jared Sullivan,
Larry Lane, and
Jonathan Altomare. From the jump it was all DeSales as the won the tip and buried a three to start the game. DeSale would get out to an early 19-3 lead as the Ravens collected their offense, and brought the game back to ten 19-9. DeSale would continue to hound the boards shutting down Rosemont's second chance points,
Denelle Holly would be the drive for the Ravens as the fought into halftime with the score being 52-26. DeSales on court chemistry showed during the beginning of the second half as they held Rosemont to just four points in the first eight minutes of the half. Rosemont's team has not had the chance to develop this team chemistry as the season goes on they will get more adjusted to playing with their teammates. The final score ended 92-53 in DeSales favor.
Leading the way for the Ravens was
Denelle Holly was 14 points on 5-12 from the floor.
Followed by
Fatayn Wesley and
Jared Sullivan each with nine of their own.
