Rosemont Women's Volleyball traveled to Abington to take on the Nittany Lions in the first conference match of the year.
How it Happened:
The drive up to Abington did not fair well for the girls as the Nittany Lions came out roaring in the first two sets, winning them 25-8 (1) and 25-16 (2). Rosemont seemed to find their groove in the 3rd set grabbing the lead of the set for a few points. The rally effort was not enough as they fell in the final set 25-23. Leading the way for the Ravens was Madeline McCarthy with four kills and two aces, followed by Alison Creeden with 10 assists.

The Raven's look to bounce back as they take on Immaculata University at home this Wednesday at 6pm.
