Rosemont, PA| Women's Volleyball Hosted Washington Adventist Thursday September 19th at 7pm in the Hirsh Community Center
How it Happened:
Shenan Jackson led the team with five kills followed by Madeline McCarthy with four; Fiona Hyland would lead the team with five assists followed by Jana Enhot with four. 
The Ravens would get out to an early 3-0 lead in the first set with back to back aces by Fiona Hyland. Rosemont would find themselves tied after a kil by Shenan Jackson making the score 9-9. The Shocks would then go on a run shutting down the momentum from the Ravens as the shocks would go on to capture the first set 25-15.
The second set the Ravens led early 2-0 following another ace by Fiona Hyland, continuing to lead 4-1 after a kill by Shenan Jackson. The Ravens would fall behind in the set after a Shocks run 13-7; Rosemont would answer with a four point run of their own bringing the score within two. The Shocks would go on a 12-3 to capture the second set for the Ravens.
The Ravens would fall in the third set but key kills from Fiona Hyland, Pearl Smith and Madeline McCarthy would keep the ravens within striking distance the entire set.
What's Next:
The Ravens wil travel to Rutgers-Newark to compete in a Tri-Match with the Saint Elizabeth Eagles and Rutgers-Newark Scarlet Raptors.
