Middletown, PA| The Rosemont Ravens Women's Volleyball Team Traveled to Penn State Harrisburg to take on the Lady Lions in the Capitol Union Building.
How it Happened:
The Ravens got off to a slow start in the first set,
Pearl Smith would find a kill assisted by
Jana Ehnot, but the Ravens would fall in set one 1-25. In the second set, the Ravens would fin their footing as they would go back and forth with the Lady Lions to start the set.
Lori Shorten would find a service ace to cut the Lady Lions lead to one (4-5), The Ravens were unable to capitalize on the early momentum as Harrisburg would win the second set over the Ravens 9-25. Harrisburg would carry their momentum into the third set as the Ravens fell behind early.
Mya Hanford would smash a kill for the Ravens but they were unable to get the ball rolling as they fell in the last set 6-25.
What's Next?
Your Ravens will be Back in the Hirsh Community Center this Tuesday October 28th, as they welcome Notre Dame of Maryland. Rosemont will be Celebrating Senior Day, Celebrations will Take Place Before the Game sets off at 7pm. Goooo Ravens!
