Dear Members of the Rosemont Community,

I write to share that Rich Casey, Director of Athletics, has accepted a new position Athletic Director at Devon Prep. Today, Thursday, June 26 was his last day at Rosemont.

Rich joined the Rosemont community in April 2023 and has been an important member of our senior leadership team throughout my tenure. I am grateful for his commitment to the success of our student-athletes. Under his leadership, our athletics program has advanced in many ways-he has skillfully managed practice and game schedules, ensured compliance with NCAA regulations, and provided steady support to our teams.

I am also pleased to announce that Kathleen DeLitta, Associate Director of Athletics, has been promoted to Director of Athletics and will assume Rich's responsibilities.

Kathleen has served Rosemont for more than four years, both in athletics administration and as head coach of our women's soccer program. Her deep knowledge of Rosemont and NCAA Division III operations will be an invaluable asset in the year ahead.

As we plan for the future, I want to remind you that Rosemont's NCAA Division III athletics program will transition to a club sports model following the spring 2026 semester. Please know that we remain fully committed to making the 2025–2026 academic year a strong and positive experience for all our student-athletes.
