Eastern would tack on three more in the botton of the sixth to extend their lead and go onto beat the Ravens in game two 14-2.

"This was not our best day of baseball overall, but it was good to see some good individual performances. I thought freshmen Yassine Zekkaria, Terrell Robinson and Gigi Schiano all pitched well, each going multiple innings. Joe Bentivegna got a couple of really good swings off too. Fortunately, we get right back on the field tomorrow with an opportunity to bounce right back." - Head Coach Ross Trachenberg
