ROSEMONT – On a beautiful afternoon for tennis the Rosemont women's team (0-5, 0-3 CSAC) were defeated 0-9 by the visiting Notre Dame of Maryland University Gators (2-1, 2-1 CSAC).

Emily Javitt and Nyajah Solomon-McCloud put up the best fight in the #1 doubles, but came up short 3-8 as the Ravens were 0-3 after the doubles matches were concluded. Javitt, a bit under the weather today, was a real trouper and almost won her first set, but fell in the #1 singles by set scores of 5-7, 0-6.

The weather forecast looks agreeable for Rosemont's next match, at Keystone College, tomorrow at 12:00pm.
