Capece Wins First Career Match

Ravens Drop 1-8 Decision at Notre Dame (Md.)

BALTIMORE, Md. – Rookie Julianna Capece claimed her first career victory on Friday afternoon, defeating her opponent from Notre Dame of Maryland University by a score of 6-4, 6-3 in the #1 singles flight.

Unfortunately, the Ravens got off to a rough start in the Doubles competition. Capece and Charli Fillmore were the most competitive duo for Rosemont, but dropped their match 8-3. The Ravens ended the doubles down 0-3.
Outside of Capece's win in the #1 flight, the Gators claimed wins in the other five singles matches.

The Ravens will next stay at home when they will host the Aggies of Delaware Valley University on Wednesday, 9/21 The match is scheduled for a 3:30pm start.
