Rosemont, PA- The Rosemont men's and women's cross country teams honored their seniors on November 1, the night before their CSAC Championships. Both teams gathered for a dinner and a ceremony to honor the careers of their senior athletes.
Head Coach,
Raymond Miller, had nothing but great things to say about each of his senior athletes:
"John(Jack) Crozier is a great leader for this team. Jack will advance successfully in life just as he has in the classroom and on the course as he has in cross-country. He earned the team Sportsmanship Award for Rosemont men's cross-country"
"
Tymir Bush is a very positive-minded person and a pleasure to Coach. He is easy-going, determined and poised for any challenge life brings him. Tymir is kind, generous and an amazing human being to be around"
"
Dillan Leonard always has a smile on her face. Dillan is very determined and competitive in her racing and in life. Dillan is a prime example that hard work brings huge results"
"
Isabella Moraschi, Captain, has been part of the heart and soul that brought life back into the cross-country program over the last two years. I say heart and soul as well because Izzi runs with her heart and soul at every practice, workout and race. Izzi's heart and soul fills the room when she walks in"
"
Abigail Wolfe, Captain, has also been a part of keeping the cross-country program continuing to grow. Abby conquers every challenge brought in front of her with diligence and compassion. Diligence because Abby puts in persistent, tireless effort into whatever she is trying to accomplish. Compassion because she cares so deeply about what it is she is trying to accomplish. Abby earned the Sportsmanship Award for the Rosemont women's team this year"
Congratulations to the seniors on both teams!
