BRADY HIRED AS CROSS COUNTRY COACH

Rosemont, PA - Logan Brady has been named the Head men's and women's cross country coach at Rosemont College. He will begin his duties as head coach immediately. 

"I am excited to have Logan join us. He will be a great addition to the staff. His competitive experience, passion and professionalism are all items that separated him as a candidate and will help him be successful here", said Athletic Director, Joe Pavlow

As a USATF Certified Level 1 Coach, Brady arrives at Rosemont after serving as the Head Track and Field Coach at Brandywine High School in Wilmington, DE from 2014-2016. While he was there, Brady coached Eamon McCoy to first place in the 3200, second in 800, and third in 1600 at the 2015 DIAA State Championship. The girls' 4x100 and 4x200 Meter relay teams finished second in DIAA State Championship in 2015. 

Brady was a four-year member of the track and field and cross country team at University of Delaware from 2010-2014. He also ran on the 4x800 meter relay team that won the 2012 Nirca Nationals and NFCTA Nationals. 

Brady received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport Management from University of Delaware and his Master of Science Degree in Management with concentration in Sport Management from Wilmington University. 

"I would like to thank Athletic Director, Joe Pavlow, for giving me the opportunity to lead the Rosemont Cross Country Program. I am extremely excited to begin building a program that embodies the mission and values of Rosemont. My goal is to create a winning culture that emphasizes the growth of each individual as a student, athlete, and person. Cross Country is a wonderful sport that develops many positive attributes such as teamwork, perseverance, and dedication. I have been involved with the sport of running as an athlete and coach for a long time and look forward to helping younger runners reach their potential, said Brady. 

Brady is an avid runner currently training to qualify for the Boston Marathon. He resides in Yardley, PA with his wife, Lisa.
