Rosemont, PA| The Rosemont Ravens Baseball Team is Set to Start Their Fifth and Final Season Welcoming Delaware Valley to DeVincent Field on LaSalle University Campus.
    The Ravens season has already been pushed back the past two weekends, due to snow fall unseen since the team was started. Games versus Penn State Abington were pushed back to dates later in the season (April 2nd and 17th). Along with another series versus Penn State York and Elizabethtown that are postponed. Rosemont continued to work on their craft, practicing inside, and outside when weather was permitting.Â
    The Ravens will feature roster will feature Seven Seniors, along with two returning graduate students. Senior
Chase Masten "Definitely bittersweet for sure. For seniors and grads this is the last year we got so we have to give it all we got. And for all the underclassmen this season is a chance for them to prove and make a name for themselves so they can continue their careers." Graduate Student James Rodier also shared his thoughts on the upcoming season. "Knowing that this is the last season is bitter sweet. It is cool to me to be apart of the last team here, but it is upsetting knowing that there won't be a program anymore. This team is really close knit and there is good energy everyday it's a true family atmosphere. We are all excited to get this season underway."
     Rosemonts roster will also feature WPBL Third Round Fourth Pick Freshman (P/2B)
Gisella Schiano as she tackles her first season of collegiate baseball, before moving on to play for WPBL Team Boston in the Fall.Â
The Ravens season will Saturday February 28th versus Delaware Valley at 10:15AM, followed by Marywood on Sunday March 1st 11:30AM.
