Box Score N. Myrtle Beach, SC - The Ravens opened the season with a strong victory in Myrtle against Centenary, 11-8.  Sr., Lauren Begg started in the circle.  The defense suffered a pair of errors early giving up two unearned in second and third.  The Ravens bats caught fire in the 4th and 5th stringing together 9 hits and a 9-3 advantage. Lo Begg threw 5 strong innings (4ks, 3 earned) and Myora Slaughter entered the 6th to earn the save with 2 Ks.  Captain Emily Bingman went 2 for 2 (single, double and 2 runs), fellow Captain, Analisa Yoderwent 3 for 2 (2 singles, 2 runs), and So. Kendyll Strohl (3 for 2, 2 singles, 3 SBs) scored the game-winning run in the top of the 5th.  Kylee Kubitschek went 2 for 1 (single, run) and Myora Slaughter went 2 for 4 (2 singles, 2 runs) and notched the save for the Ravens.
