Lou Viola starts a new chapter in his coaching career with Rosemont College after nine years of Head coaching New Jersey Gators Softball. 

His coaching objective: "I am a dedicated softball coach with foundational experience in mentoring athletes and fostering their skills in the sport. Skilled in next level coaching techniques, team management, and promoting sportsmanship. I am committed to player development and guiding athletes through their formative years. I have the organizational and interpersonal skills to inspire and lead with a fresh perspective."

Lou received diplomas from Trinity Lutheran School and Girard Academic Music Program. He also received post education from Community College of Philadelphia and Drexel University with a primary focus in Environmental Engineering.
